Tiny Town by Pen + Paper Patterns is a traditionally pieced quilt with a sweet, utopian neighborhood feel. It features six different blocks - three house blocks, two tree blocks, and one flower block.

The quilt is customizable and both fat quarter and fat eighth friendly. The finished quilt measures 62 1/2" x 70 1/2".
