We want you to love what you make with what you buy. That said, here's the deal:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with receipt (order number) or proof of purchase.

We accept returns on:

• Unopened notions, tools, and kits

• Unused yarn in original condition (no winding, no pet hair, no weird smells)
  

We don’t accept returns on:

• Cut fabric

• Patterns, books, magazines, knitting needles, crochet hooks

• Sale items

• Class fees (see our class policies for more info)

Online orders: Return shipping is on you unless the item was incorrect or damaged. Email us first before sending anything back.
