Workshop Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Class fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the first class for a store credit or to move to a different class.

- We are unable to provide store credit with less than 7 days' notice for any reason.

- If we have to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll receive the option to move to a future class, or receive a full refund.

-If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

Do you want to take a class, but the time or date doesn't work for you? Groups of 3+ can request a new time/date for the original per person price. Call or email us to discuss options. We also offer private lessons for $25/half hour per person.

About Our Policy
Our workshops require extensive pre-planning and commitment to supplies, staff, and instructors based on student registrations. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling result in financial losses we can't absorb. We can't make exceptions, even for illness, travel, or work conflicts. Thanks for understanding!
