Classes + Workshop Policies


CANCELLATION POLICY

- Class fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the first class for a store credit or to move to a different class.

- We are unable to provide store credit with less than 7 days notice for any reason.

- If we have to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll receive the option to move to a future class, or receive a full refund.

-If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

-Guest instructor workshops are final sale. We pay these instructors per student, so once you’re booked, that spot is committed and not eligible for refunds or store credit. Please double check your availability before booking.


Do you want to take a class, but the time or date doesn't work for you?  Groups of 3+ can request a new time/date for the original per person price. Call or email us to discuss options.

We also offer private lessons for $65/hour per person (one hour minimum).

About Our Policy

Our workshops require extensive pre-planning and commitment to supplies, staff, and instructors based on student registrations. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling result in financial losses we can't absorb. We can't make exceptions, even for illness, travel, or work conflicts. Thanks for understanding!
