Note: we recommend that you have your machine serviced for basic issues like a noisy machine, skipped stitches, poor tension, thread nesting & ALL other sewing issues. If you know of a broken part we can repair or replace it. Please do NOT select 'repair only' for sewing issues.

If it sounds like your machine might need some repairs (or some replacement parts) in addition to a "basic service", we have options.
