Join us for a cozy and skill-building crochet class featuring the ‘Better World Dress’ designed by Kasia Osmolska. This airy dress combines cotton fiber and a lace pattern, creating a fabric with beautiful drape and exceptional detail.
In this class, crocheters will become more confident working in the round and will increase their repertoire of specialty stitches. This dress is crocheted in the round in 2 parts, the Yoke and Body, and uses techniques including front and back post stitches, crossing stitches, and reading patterns, both word & chart based.
Skill level: Solid Intermediate. Perfect for post-102 crocheters, the complex lace design requires comfort working in the round, and familiarity with some specialty stitches like puffs or granny clusters.
Sessions: Four 2-hour sessions
