Designed for Summer School in Katoomba, the Boardwalk Quilt is a vibrant and fun summer vacation. The bright colours contrast with neutral cross blocks to create a fresh and sunny design. I’ve loved using fan blocks recently and wanted to incorporate them into a beautiful summer-themed quilt. The bigger blocks create a wonderful chance to play with colour and large patterned fabric.
