HOMESEWN CLASS KIDS CLASS - Sew a Holiday Stocking Class 2025

Get into the holiday spirit with this festive sewing workshop! Kids will learn how to sew their very own holiday stocking — perfect for hanging by the fireplace or filling with treats. Using fun, seasonal fabrics, students will practice sewing straight seams, adding a cuff, and finishing their project with a professional touch.
Class length: One 3-hour class
Class project: One modern holiday stocking with a contrasting cuff and ribbon to hang on your mantel.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate. Students MUST already be comfortable threading and operating a sewing machine as well as sewing straight lines. You may take this class if you have taken Machine Mastery.
Materials: Please come to class with your materials. There will not be time during class to shop.
- 3/4 yard of main fabric
- 3/4 yard of lining fabric (lining will be folded down to create a cuff)
We will provide batting.
