Homesewn + Nimble Craft Birthday Celebration
We are excited to host your child’s fiber-forward birthday party at Homesewn in collaboration with Nimble Craft!
Parties are geared toward children turning 7 and older, for 6-10 guests total. Smaller parties are possible, please email hello@shophomesewn.com for more information!
Parties run for 2 hours from start to finish. Upon confirmation of your time slot, you may choose from the following party creations, specially designed & handmade from quality goods, and easy for kids to complete:
Color Me! Wands
Rainbow/Cloud Weaving
Lace Card Banner
Mosaic Felt Wall Hanging
Adopt a Pet (Kids will get to choose their animal!)
Foraging Pals / Hand silkscreened mini pillow pals that go inside a felt satchel. Kids color their pals and sew up their satchels using a simple stitch.
Mushroom House / Kids can color their houses and their peg animal/human to their liking. Loose parts will be there for kids to decorate their homes too.
Our instructors will be assisting all of the kids through the project. Adults in the workspace are ok, but we prefer to let the kids do the creative parts!
The last 15-20 minutes are available for you to sing and serve cake. You provide all paper goods, food and (non-sticky!) drinks, but we will do the clean up.
Our unique party kits are prepped and ready for your arrival. We are happy to work with you on creating a party to fit your theme/needs for an additional cost. Maybe the best part: guests will leave the party with their own handmade creation, so there's no need for additional favor bags!

We can schedule parties any day/time depending on availability.
50% deposit due at booking, dates cannot be reserved without deposit. Balance is due 1 week prior to party - you will receive an invoice via email.
PRIVATE EVENTS
We are happy to schedule a private event for your small group for any occasion. We can work with your interests, budget and needs to create this fun event just for your group. Learn to sew, knit, or crochet, or make a particular project you are interested in. Pricing for private events varies depending on time and projects. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages for your event. Adult events can be scheduled evenings to allow time for socializing and learning.
